 All communications can be made in French or English.

The registration and the payment of the participation are to be done independently of this step on the dedicated website.

Instructions for speakers

 Duration of presentations: 10 min. precisely and 5 min. managed by the moderator allowing for questions/discussion and the introduction of the next speaker.

File: presentations must be in PowerPoint (.ppt, .pptx, .pps, .ppsx) or Portable Document Format (.pdf).

The projection PC will be equipped with Windows 7, Office 2010 and Adobe Reader X.

Delivery of files: they should preferably be delivered at the time of registration to the Conference Centre reception desk on a USB key. As a last resort: the day before if your conference is in the morning; the morning if your conference is in the afternoon.

Be present 20 minutes before the start of your session in the room where the session will take place in order to meet the moderator in charge of introducing your presentation.

Instructions for speakers proposing a poster communication

Posters should be attractive and self-sufficient. They should allow the audience to fully appreciate your presentation
and understand the message you want to convey.

Size : use A0 format (height 119 cm x width 84 cm). Although posters arranged horizontally

(therefore at eye level) are normally recommended. Photo of the person presenting the poster. Place this photo at the top of the poster. It will allow interested people to recognize you.

A prize for the best oral communication and a prize for the best poster presented by a student will be offered.

During the congress, one of the authors is asked to be present in front of his poster for discussion at the scheduled sessions
